Instead, we guide you through the cycles of light and dark, helping you uncover unconscious patterns and find peace within yourself and in the present moment.

Our work involves peeling away layers of identification and attachment, to promote self-realization and inner peace. 

We provide various teachings and body work, emphasizing that integration is an ongoing process, not a final goal. Our aim is to help connect you to your presence, and for your presence to be the base from which you navigate the challenges of life. All things are interconnected and exist in relation to one another, including you. Integrating this knowledge within the center of your being, your presence fosters unity and coherence in the human experience.

Integration begins with gaining the right perspective. We encourage you to see yourself as a multifaceted being, grounded in self-awareness with the understanding that you are more than just your body and mind. By containing your eternal spirit, the ground of your being as the start and end point of your experience, you begin to engage your intuition and integrate your higher being into your every day life.

We guide you through the process of integrating the profound polarities of birth and death, masculine and feminine, helping you celebrate life's mysteries and find balance in the face of uncertainty.
