Sophie Helen

Co-Founder of freedom of movement and The Natural Integration Institute, Sophie is the head facilitator of Neo Emotional release and a mentor at the Chainless Life Univeristy. Sophie has been working as a ceremonial space holder, dance facilitator, mentor and therapist with years of experience. After years of experience in holding space and training in a variety of somatic body work modalities, Sophie founded the Natural Integration Institute with the vision of distilling what she has learned into an integrated practice. Sophie has developed and facilitates the Natural integration training, she also has limited space for 1:1 Mentoring and offline sessions.

Phoenix is the Co-Founder of the Natural Integration Institute. Phoenix holds ceremonial and creative space, with years of experience exploring the teachings of non duality and tantra. Phoenix has Co-developed and facilitates the Natural training along side Sophie. Phoenix offers intuitive music and vocal activation, as well as men's work and retreats and has limited space for mentoring and offline sessions.
